Class Times (located in upstairs weight room):

Mondays: Booty & Abs 9:00 – 9:30am, Barbell Complex 9:45 – 10:15am

Wednesdays: Booty & Abs 5:30 – 6:00pm, Barbell Complex 6:00 – 6:30pm

Strong glutes are essential to get the most of your body’s athletic power and strength, and combined with your abs and low back – the most important muscles for almost all sports! Not to mention – everyone knows well developed abs and ‘booty’ look good! Get this full, focused workout in only 30 minutes!

Barbell Complex (just $8 a session, or $12 as the back-to-back block!)

Short… intense… sweet… and scalable to anyone’s strength level or training history. The barbell is one of the ultimate tools in the quest for more strength, better bodies, and higher levels of health. In this 30-minute class, coaches focus on proper technique and intense exercise combinations to get the most out of you… so you can get the most out of your body!

This class will be perfect for both those looking to get a big-time bang-for-your-buck workout in just 30 minutes, or those looking to become better and more proficient through hands on technical coaching of barbell lifts!
