Friday, December 8 (5:30 pm – 6:00 pm) – BOOTY & ABS (upstairs gym; followed immediately by a demo of our BARBELL COMPLEX class!)

Don’t let the name of this class fool you – it’s for men and women, and working the body’s strongest muscles… your glutes!!  Strong glutes are essential to get the most of your body’s athletic power and strength, and combined with your abs and low back – the most important muscles for almost all sports!  Not to mention – everyone knows well developed abs and ‘booty’ look good!  Get this full, focused workout in only 30 minutes!

Friday, December 8 (6:00 pm – 6:30pm) – BARBELL COMPLEX CLASS (upstairs gym)

Short… intense… sweet… and scalable to anyone’s strength level or training history.  The barbell is one of the ultimate tools in the quest for more strength, better bodies, and higher levels of health.  In this 30-minute class, coaches focus on proper technique and intense exercise combinations to get the most out of you… so you can get the most out of your body!

Monday, December 11 (12:05 pm – 12:50 pm)- KETTLEBELLS FOR LUNCH (upstairs gym)

Exercising with a bowling-ball-shaped weight with a handle may seem a bit unusual at first, but kettlebells are one of the most effective tools to create lean & strong physiques, get your heart in shape, blast bodyfat, improve your health, and improve your all-around movement… not to mention feeling great and athletic!

The kettlebell’s simple design allows explosive movements while developing both strength, endurance, and flexibility.  You’ll challenge all the muscles in your body in less time than a traditional workout – kettlebells are that awesome.  Use your lunch hour to come in, get a warmup, a full energizing workout for your strength and cardio, and finish up all in 45 minutes or less (we even have 8 showers at the gym to clean up after!).


Wednesday, December 13 (6:00 pm – 7/7:30 pm)- STRONGMAN LEVEL 1 (downstairs gym)

Has the thought of learning how to work out with logs, tires, sandbags, kegs, chains, stones, and more always been something that you wanted to do… but didn’t know how?  Even bigger than that – you didn’t think you would be able to?  This is the class for you – an introduction to the discipline of strongman; as old school as it gets.  STRONGMAN IS FOR EVERYONE!

The training is a combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning; Strongman has the ability to foster work capacity better than anything out there because of its unconventional tools.  Strongman is a remarkable tool for building functional strength and capacity because, in part, of its ability to force you to execute movements in sub-optimal positions with odd objects – just like the real world!

Most importantly – strongman training is fun!

Tuesdays, and Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30pm and 6:30 – 7:30pm
