Strongman Level 1 (9-week intro strongman program)- coaching for men and women of all levels through a 9week specialty course.  A near perfect combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning, strongman is also something even more important – FUN!  

9-week Class begins Wednesday, January 3!!  Registration deadline for this 9-week block is Saturday, Jan 13!

StrongKids (60-minute strongman for kids)- fun way to keep kids healthy & active based on our extraordinarily popular StrongKids events!  Discounts for siblings so the whole family of kids can work out together!

For ages 2-14!  First class only $10, and day passes available on site!!

Kettlebells for Lunch (45-minute total body workout)- a full, energizing workout for strength and cardio, all finished up in 45 minutes or less!  We even have 8 showers at the gym to clean up after.  Day passes available on site!!!

Beyond Yoga-  not your typical yoga class, Beyond Yoga focuses on the physical components of yoga.  In addition to yoga, myofascial release will be used including several variations of stretching and the use of resistance bands.  Just $5 for your first class, and day passes available on site!!

Kickboxing-  armed and unarmed self-defense experts Mike Drescher and John Mouser coach trainees of all experience levels in kickboxing for self-defense or competition.  If you’re ever attacked, you may or may not have a weapon – but you’ll always have your body to protect yourself with. to sign up for kickboxing, contact Mike (724-998-6041) or John (304-516-3423) directly*

 

 

 

Mommy/Daddy & Me (60-minute class for parents to bring newborns or toddlers, or pregnant moms)- bring your child and have a workout with them!  You can either leave them in the kids’ area or in a carrier, or actually use them in some exercises (safely, of course!).

A 1-month package of Mommy/Daddy & Me includes additional short, minimal equipment needed workouts to do at home through the week! Day passes available on site!

Butts & Guts Class (30-minute training focus)-  Don’t let the name of this class fool you – it’s for men and women, and working the body’s strongest muscles… your glutes!! You can also remain after class and partake in the Barbell Complex Class immediately afterwards!

Barbell Complex (30-minute barbell fitness blast!)- In this 30-minute class, coaches focus on proper technique and intense exercise combinations to get the most out of you… so you can get the most out of your body!

Punch Card- Can’t decide which awesome classes to take?  We can help with that with our punch cards!  Our punch cards will give you access to Warrior Body, Kettlebells for Lunch, Abs & Butt, and our Barbell Complex class.  As an added treat, you may attend one Kickboxing or Yoga class per punchcard!
