Class Times (located in upstairs weight room):

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 – 11:00am, PLUS additional at-home workouts!

In our Mommy/Daddy & Me, bring your child and have a workout with them!  You can either leave them in the kids’ area or in a carrier, or actually use them in some exercises (safely, of course!).  This class will also be geared to perfectly fit for pregnant soon-to-be moms, helping you stay fit through pregnancy for a healthier baby and healthier delivery!

Parents to young children and newborns face unique challenges – chief among them, time issues!  Keeping time to exercise and stay healthy or get back in shape can seem nearly impossible with parenting duties piling up.  We are here to help you solve the problem, and get you towards the physical and mental health you hope for!

With Mommy/Daddy & Me, parents have this hour, twice a week, to come in and focus on a healthier body and the stress relief which comes with it.  Workouts are set up to actually have your baby or toddler along for the ride, in some cases actually being part of the exercise itself.  Just take a look at some of our pictures to prove it!

Not only will Mommy/Daddy & Me help you become fitter and healthier, it will strengthen the bond with your child by including them in your journey to a healthier life.  That’s a win-win situation!
