9-Week Specialty Course (running Wednesday, January 3rd – Saturday, March 3rd.  Registration deadline to join is Saturday, January 13th!).

Class Times (located in main weight room downstairs):

Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30pm

Saturdays, 12:00 – 1:30pm

We will be coaching men and women of all levels through this 9week specialty course into the discipline of strongman.  There’s no requisite strength or experience level, since the adage is true – strongman is for everyone!  Registrants will run through a 9-week program building up in intensity, volume, and skill level throughout.

Taught by a coaching team made up world-championship competitors and the coaches which helped them get there, Strongman Level 1 will be a near perfect combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning!  

If the thought of learning how to work out with logs, tires, sandbags, kegs, chains, stones, and more has always been something that you wanted to do… but didn’t know how, or you didn’t think you would be able to, this is the class for you – an introduction to the discipline of strongman; as old school as it gets.  STRONGMAN IS FOR EVERYONE!

Strongman has the ability to foster work capacity better than anything out there because of its unconventional tools.  Strongman is a remarkable tool for building functional strength and capacity because, in part, of its ability to force you to execute movements in sub-optimal positions with odd objects – just like the real world!

Most importantly – strongman training is fun!
