Individualized, sport- and position-specific training for each member of the team.

Times are scheduled, sessions may be 60-90 minutes long.

Perfect for club sports, high school teams, fight camps, or large groups of motivated individuals sharing the same training goal!

Middle school and high school students will be given chocolate milk and fruit with their post-workout stretching to emphasize post-workout nutrition and proper recovery through a mix of whole proteins, fiber, and a mix of simple and complex carbohydrates.
