Do you want to do everything within your power to get the top results from training?  Then our Personal Coaching plans are for you – Get direct attention from some of the top coaches in the country watching and helping every move you make to help you become your best!

 

Open Floor Personal Training

* Get an extra 10% off 12-month plans if you sign up before August 1st!

* Minimum age 10 years, or 8 years of age after 6 months of Private 1-on-1 Training.

Receive coaching from the Viking Staff in an open gym training style.

What does that mean? Imagine a highly functioning, elite weight room, with multiple strength coaches running the floor and watching… pushing… all the athletes at the same time.

Open Floor Personal Training clients receive their own individualized goal- and sport-specific training program, and receive coaching from the open floor coaches during workouts. Programs are updated weekly based on client’s progress to make sure we keep working towards your goals at all times!

Training Frequency may be changed from month to month to better match your schedule or training needs! For example beginning 2-3 days per week then going up to Unlimited when there are less games, or vice versa!

* “1 Day per Week” option available Inseason or for Preteens only.

3-month minimum, billed monthly; number of training days per week may change throughout a package (price changes accordingly).

3-month packages come with 2-week pauses/extensions if needed, 6-month and 12-month packages come with 4-week pauses/extensions!
