“2023 Winter” & “2023 Spring” StrongKids programs are open for registration!  We’ve expanded each program to include NINE classes for the kids to see that becoming fitter & stronger can also be an amazing fun time!

Classes are held Saturdays from 12-1pm!

Winter ’23: January 7 – March 11! (No class: January 28)

Spring ’23: March 25 – May 27! (No class: April 22)

Each training program focuses on helping kids improve their health & fitness by teaching them how strong they really are, building their self-confidence in a fun & challenging environment!

 Training programs are made up of class Saturdays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at Viking Performance Training (141 Greenbag Rd., Morgantown).

 * Each training program is split into two age groups:  3.5-7 and 8-11 years! 

*Spots are limited to 15 per age group, so don’t miss out and REGISTER BELOW!*
